Who thinks before I do?
Who scans and sifts and filters well
the world in which I live,
so just enough will make it through
to make me who I am?
Who knows before I know
and feels before I think?
Who brings me dreams and hopes
and fears and doubts and tears?
Who is the I within the Me or
Me within the I,
who sorts the thoughts within my mind..
